treatment is indicated, but at a later time, we will schedule a follow-up visit
to continue monitoring your dental development.

involved, and establish a comprehensive fee. Our business office staff will help
explain the payment plan options, so that you fully understand your financial
responsibilities prior to starting treatment. We will also help you to obtain
